A Lovely Year of Finishes - April

I am happy to say that I have met my April goal for A Lovely Year of Finishes.  Its my second scrappy house quilt of 2015.

My goal was to take a pile of Scrappy Houses and make another quilt for the Hands 2 Help Challenge.  I still have enough houses to make about half a quilt so I may need to start digging in my scraps again.

I haven't yet figured out which WIP I will be working on in May,  I have been on a roll completing old projects, but find its not as fun as working on new projects.

Linking to A Lovely Year of Finishes - April Party.  I was #48 in the April sign-ups.

A Lovely Year of Finishes.

Finishing this project is #10 on my 2nd Quarter 2015 Finish-Along list.

  1. I love your scrappy houses quilt. That is a project I would like to start but I am trying to focus on a pile of finishes first. Visiting those who have finished projects inspires me but also makes me want to start new things.

  7. Mina, Quilt 1 and Quilt 2 that arrived from you to us here at Layers of Hope - Quilting 911 have both been put into the mail and sent to 911 dispatchers in Texas who lost all to the recent floods. I want to say thank you so much and send you awesome huge hugs! We are humbled by the response to help us restock our shelves that ran bare last year!
